TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR KOOL KIDS COOKING PACK GIVEAWAY (JUNE 2015)

Entry eligibility

• By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a Prize if they are a winner & have thier image shared on the Gourmet Girlfriend Instagram account.
• Terms and Conditions for competition run on Gourmet Girlfriend.
• Information on how to enter form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
• Entry is open to residents worldwide.
• Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Promotion Gourmet Girlfriend and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.

How to enter

• The Promotion commences at 12pm (AEDT) on Thursday 21May 2015, and ends at 9:00pm (AEDT) on Sunday 28th June 2015.
• Entrance to the Promotion is via the Gourmet Girlfriend Instagram account or via GG email -(gourmetgirlfriend (at) me (dot) com - using the hashtag #ggkoolkidsinthekitchen and requires the entrant to post a picture of their child/children in the kitchen cooking on their own.
• There is no limit of entries, however multiple entries do not equate to extra chances of winning.

How and when the winners will be selected

• Winners will be picked by the Gourmet Girlfriend moderators from all eligible entries received.
• 4 winners will be selected based on the best response to the Competition Question, judged 50% on creativity and 50% on written & photographic expression, as determined by the moderators of Gourmet Girlfriend in their sole discretion.
• Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The judging will take place at 9.00am on Monday 29th June 2015 at the offices of Gourmet Girlfriend. The winners will be contacted via a Post on Instagram from Gourmet Girlfriend via InstagramDM. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter within fourteen (14) days and a new winner will be selected.

The Prize

4 winners will receive one (1) Prize each.

The prize consists of one Kool Kids Cooking Club pack valued at AUD $45.00each.

• Cash will not be awarded in lieu of a Prize.
• Failure to redeem a prize by the required date or undertake the Prize as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the Prize.
• Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all expenses in connection with any Prize become the responsibility of the winner.
• The Prize will be sent to the winner’s address direct via Gourmet Girlfriend.
• Prizes (in whole or in part) are not transferable or redeemable for cash

• The Promotion commences at 12pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 18th Nov 2014, and ends at 9:00pm (AEDT) on Sunday 22nd November 2014.
• Entrance to the Promotion is via the Gourmet Girlfriend blog site and requires the entrant to post a comment on the associated blog post.
• There is a limit of one entry per entrant.

How and when the winners will be selected

• Winners will be picked by the Gourmet Girlfriend moderators from all eligible entries received.
